Vital Health Foods Australia was established in 1981, under joint ownership selling only rooibos tea. In 1999 Vital Health Foods Australia was established as a 100% owned subsidiary of Vital Health Foods South Africa and now supplies the Australian public with a basket of quality health products.
The Product Range consists of Rooibos Tea, Clear Mountain Tea and Natrodale Creams. These are distributed through grocery stores and health food stores.
In March 2001 Vital launched a specialised range of vitamins onto the market. June 2005 saw the revamp of the vitamin range and the new look packaging was launched onto the market and was received warmly by the Australian public.

Vital Health Foods are not medicines but contain the purest and most biologically suitable raw materials available. All products are produced and packed under the strictest GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) controls and carry the approval of the TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration.)
