I am working approximately 12 to 14 hours per day on my computer. Unfortunately this is my bread and butter but when I start working, mostly at night-time, my legs start twitching and whatever which is very uncomfortable. I have a problem because I use my feet [and thereby also my legs] to control my foot pedal when working. This is starting to interfere with my output of work. Right now, is there anything which would normally be in your cupboard or kitchen that would help?
I would like to recommend that you have your iron levels tested. Low iron levels may cause restless leg syndrome. If your iron levels are low, take Vital Iron Complex: 1 tablet per day.
To support your muscles and nerve cells, Vital Magnesium Complex and Vital Omega 3 are two products that you can take daily. Omega 3 is found in sardines and magnesium in spinach and red meat.
Please note, these products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Vital toll-free helpline during office hours 0800 223311.

Hey Michelle, I suffer from IBS, I’ve been taking probiotics and it really helps being regular. I still have a bloated tummy after losing enough weight for my height (1,7m – 70kgs) I have 5kgs to go. I think it could be inflammation of my colon, which supplement do you think I could use. Primrose is a mild anti-inflammatory, I might need something a little stronger.
For the past 2 weeks I have woken up with stiff finger joints. It started with the thumb and since then affects most fingers. Once I’ve bathed the stiffness is gone. If I have a rest in the afternoon the same happens. I have extra stress in my job over the last few weeks, but my diet has not changed. What supplements should I be taking? Anything else I can do to prevent arthritis if is it this?
