Ingredients
For the Smoothie Bowl:
- 750 ml (3 cups) Vital Medium Fat Smooth Strawberry Yoghurt
- 500 ml (2 cups) frozen strawberries
- 4 bananas, chopped and frozen
- 30 ml (2 Tbsp) Açai powder
- 15 ml (1 Tbsp) chia seeds
To Assemble:
- 250 ml (1 cup) mixed frozen berries
- 2 bananas, sliced thinly
- 45 ml (3 Tbsp) chia seeds
- Fresh mint, to garnish
- 45 ml (3 Tbsp) honey
Method
For the Smoothie Bowl:
Place the yoghurt along with the frozen fruit, Açai powder and chia seeds in a blender and blend until smooth and thick. If the mixture is not icy enough, blend in some ice cubes or place the mixture in the freezer to set for a while before use.
To Assemble:
Place the thick smoothie mixture in your serving bowls and top with the different toppings. Drizzle with honey and enjoy!
