Berry Breakfast Smoothie Bowl with Medium Fat Smooth Strawberry Yoghurt

Strawberries blended with yoghurt, banana, chia seeds and Açai powder, garnished with mixed frozen berries, honey, chia seeds and fresh mint.

For the Smoothie Bowl:

To Assemble:

  • 250 ml (1 cup) mixed frozen berries
  • 2 bananas, sliced thinly
  • 45 ml (3 Tbsp) chia seeds
  • Fresh mint, to garnish
  • 45 ml (3 Tbsp) honey


For the Smoothie Bowl:

Place the yoghurt along with the frozen fruit, Açai powder and chia seeds in a blender and blend until smooth and thick. If the mixture is not icy enough, blend in some ice cubes or place the mixture in the freezer to set for a while before use.

To Assemble:

Place the thick smoothie mixture in your serving bowls and top with the different toppings. Drizzle with honey and enjoy!
