Vital Low GI Muesli Porridge

2 cups Vital Original  Low GI Muesli

500ml (2 cups) milk of your choice

1 tsp cinnamon

2 Tbsp honey

1 banana

½ cup blueberries

½ cup raspberries


Pour milk, muesli and cinnamon into a small saucepan together. Over medium heat bring it to a simmer and cook until the milk is absorbed and the muesli is creamy.

Scoop into two bowls and top with fruit and a drizzle of honey.
