Makes ± 15-20 clusters, depending on size
125ml / ½ cup / 135g nut butter of choice, peanut, almond etc..
60ml / ¼ cup / 80g honey
280g / 2 cups Vital Cranberry & Coconut Muesli
100g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
Flaky sea salt, for topping
Melt the nut butter and honey in a small saucepan until melted.
Pour in the muesli and combine well.
Place chopped chocolate in a bowl over simmering water and melt.
Stir the melted chocolate into the muesli mixture to combine.
Place a sheet of baking paper onto a small baking tray.
Scoop little dollops of the mixture onto the tray.
Sprinkle each cluster with a little flaky sea salt.
Place in the fridge for about an hour until set.
Peel them off the baking paper and combine in a tupperware and keep in the fridge ready for delicious snacking and dessert.
